"Beginner's Day" Starting this Sunday

New starting this Sunday, Nov. 15th., ALL SUNDAYS will be "Beginners Day"

1:00pm Beginning Yoga with Galena
2:00pm Beginning Yoga with Galena
3:00pm Beginning Pilates with Pam Zimmer
4:00pm Beginning Step Aerobics with Pam Zimmer

Anyone can learn Yoga, Pilates and Step Aerobics in these Beginners slow easy approach classes. No one is too unfit or beginner for these. Come on guys (and all new members)...this is a great chance to learn something you've always wanted to try but were too embarrassed to attempt without any pressure at all. Sundays you can make mistakes, ask questions, ask us to start the routine all over; this class was created just so you'll learn enough to feel comfortable jumping in to our weekday more advanced Power Yoga, Pilates and Adv. Step Classes.

Also, you might want to try “ABSOLUTE Beginner" classes on Saturdays and Wednesdays:

12:00pm Saturday - Yoga with Barbara Brown
     - Barbara Brown will be teaching an additional Absolute Beginner Yoga Class every Tuesday at 4:30pm
6:30pm Wednesday Evenings - Yoga with Galena
6:30pm Wednesday Evenings - Beginner Pilates with Pam McGeorge
